1. File -> Update Data
2. get ""There are N objects in your local dataset which might be deleted on the server..."" message
3. click Check on the server

Conflicts to be generated in JOSM, or problems to disappear
==== What happens instead?
No Conflicts are generated, and when pressing Update Data again, I get the same message again
