18020	Should not show way directions for some kind of relations	naoliv	team	"For some kind of relations (like a `boundary`), the way direction isn't important and, basically, we just need to see if it's properly closed or not.

The boundary is properly closed, but seeing arrows in multiple directions and segments in different colors (a lighter gray) can create some unnecessary confusion.

If possible, such cases should display a simple closed way instead having directions/arrows or different segment colors.
