1790	Can't upload delete operations	lyx	framm	"After deleting something in JOSM, most times the upload hangs for a minute or so and then fails with message ""400 Bad Request"". Happened with builds 1081 as well as 1090.
Example: trying to delete node 313543460 (no tags, not part of a way, not member of a relation) works locally, but cannot be uploaded.
