17700	josm creates new way version in a specific case.. ID does not	istvanv	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a ways end node and press ""A"" to start editing and extend the way by creating a new node
2. split the way into two segments at the previously selected node, resulting:
   a new way ( the newly drawn extension)
   the old way ( the original geometry)
3. upload changes

when you upload there should only be a newly created version of a node with version 1, and the new way with version 1
==== What happens instead?
node with version 1
new way with version 1
AND NEW version added to the original geometry ( even though there's no difference before or after the upload)

If the same steps are reproduced in ID editor a new version is not created for the original way. as it should be
