17448	[patch] Same buttons in Upload Selection as in other upload dialogs	Hb---	team	"The initial Upload Selection dialog for choosing the affected objects has the buttons:

 * IconUpload `Continue` and as tool tip ''Continue uploading''
 * IconCancel `Cancel` and as tool tip ''Cancel uploading''
 * IconHelp   `Help` and the default help tool tip

The IconUpload is misleading because another two dialogs will follow. 
The first tool tip is bad because the upload is currently not running.
The second tool tip seems superfluous when waging the simplicity of the action against and the burden to translate tool tips individually on every Cancel button.

The patch suggests:
 * **IconOK** `Continue` and **no** tool tip
 * IconCancel `Cancel` and **no** tool tip
 * IconHelp   `Help` and the default help tool tip


I18n effects: The string ''Cancel uploading'' will drop out of translation.
