17160	JOSM sends audio markers (from gpx) to custom internet browser	iman	team	"I have a *.gpx track with some audio waypoints in *.3gp format, recorded using OsmAnd app. 

Previously (prior to #16891, maybe) it was enough to just make *.3gp files associated with VLC player and then by clicking on audio marker in JOSM, the audio file would be played with VLC.

But in latest version when I click on the marker, JOSM sends the file to the custom browser I set in `browser.windows`.

By removing value of `browser.windows` I get this error, when I click on the marker:
