16987	data save as (.osm) incomplete	saskia.wolff@…	team	"if I download data of a specific tile (e.g. 14/9971/8512), the building polygons seem to be incomplete in the .osm file if added in QGIS. Some are missing and I am unsure about the reason. are those still being processed or similar?
