I understand that developers need this information to put a bug into a context and search for solutions. However, telling this information to a public audience might be a security risk for the reporter so he prefers reporting anonymously which then hampers your efforts to get more information from him if needed.
The reporter has reasons to have a particular setup which are beyond the scope of a developer's view. So please find a way to let the reporter provide the desired information in a secure way, such as requiring it only when really needed, reporting this information encrypted or saving it in a secure location, unreadable for the public.
