This is not a valid maven version, since `SNAPSHOT` can only be used as [https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1212/core/MAVEN/maven_version.htm#A1000676 modifier].

Gradle is not recognizing them as SNAPSHOT because of this and won't resolve the dynamic timestamped jars. See
