15688	"When filter ""type:node untagged"" the snapping behaviour stops working when joining two nodes"	ggeldenhuis	team	"==== What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the filter type:node untagged
2. Create a square and click slightly off the 1st node
3. A 5th node is created rather than a join to node 1.

==== What is the expected result?
The expected result is that the same snapping distance should be in place when the filter is turned off
