14779	Review warning message for highway=road	naoliv	team	"After validating a `highway=road` way we can see a warning message saying `temporary highway type`, but it seems that by using ''temporary'' doesn't pass the full meaning of ''road'' in OSM (ie, the user doesn't understand that this is an unknown highway and that it's classification should be clarified).

Is it possible to formulate another message that indicates that `highway=road` should be properly classified/identified? (when and if possible, of course)
