It's not the first time that I am seeing somebody saying ""what does this message means? what do I do with this warning? what is wrong with the data?"" when validating something with JOSM and not understanding the message.

Could we have some kind of infrastructure where we could document each validator message, with explanations, examples, etc?

Some kind of wiki maybe.
It should allow to have the details/explanations in multiple languages and also support explanations for the other rules from http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Rules
