1. using a JOSM configuration like below
2. select any point or line
3. Press Ctrl-C
4. Move mouse and press Ctrl-V

The selected object gets copied and pasted

nothing

I tried changing the keyboard shortcut to something else - and it worked. 
Then I changed it back and disabled some plugins step by step. The one that seems to interfere with the Ctrl-C command is ""ImproveOSM"". When I unistall that plugin, Ctrl-C works; when the plugin is active, Copying does not work with Ctrl-c (using the menu is OK)
