1. Have a large screen resolution
2. Open the download area selection UI (Ctrl+Shift+Down), maximize it
3. Close josm
4. Change screen resolution to something very small
5. Open josm, open download area selection UI

==== What is the expected result?
UI opens with dimensions that are min(screen.width x screen.height, last.width x last.height)

The window does not display; the application becomes unresponsive.
