Fast Draw code will be complex to refactor/split (reading wiki page first would help), but we need a tool that can give configurable node count as result.

It is impossible to use simplification mode from fast draw on regular JOSM objects.

Shift+Y misses:
- use of keys instead of using AS each time you use this tool
- ""fixed points"", ""don't touch these nodes""

Other users seem to prefer SimplifyArea as tool to simplify ways...
