I don't know about best solution for this, but one option would be in toggle dialogue for presets.

I also like how presets are displayed in iD, but English-only tags at collapsed (but not completely hidden)

Ideally, there should be possibility to mimic iD behaviours.


Also, I would love to see regular preset autocompletion (F3) but in Ctrl+Enter autocomplete. Idea is that you have single autocompletion tool, not multiple.
