While not everybody agrees to these values, the most mappers do. Both are used very often [http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/?key=maxheight#values taginfo]:
* `maxheight=default` 4786 (most used maxspeed value!)
* `maxheight=none` 3128 (45th most used maxspeed value)

We don't need to propose these tags in the presets, however the current validator warning should no longer appear.
