I have added many locality=* in municipalities like [http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2413544 Sprimont].
As you can see, they display nicely on OSM.org.
Because they start appearing at zoom 15.
But, as you can see too, their names totally obscure JOSM at low zoom.
Could you please add the small CSS to produce a similar hiding in JOSM?
Please please please before someone removes them as pollution.
