11961	Preset does not update	anonymous	team	"I changed some typos in a preset on https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Presets/Playground_Equipment, going from version 13 to 14. However when I open JOSM, there are still the old values. 

In the preset prefs, I reloaded the list (mouse-over the preset shows me the current version 1.14_2015-10-05).
I deleted the preset from the active list, and re-added it. 
I updated JOSM to the latest version.
I checked the .josm folder for any cache files related to presets, and did not find any.
The preferences file only contains the list of the active presets, not their content.
I do not find any lines in the startup messages about loading presets.

Am I missing a step? How are presets updated in JOSM once they are modified on the server?
