The future of jmapviewer.JobDispatcher?

Description

In #11216/[o31077], the usage of org.openstreetmap.gui.jmapviewer.JobDispatcher has been replaced by a call to org.openstreetmap.gui.jmapviewer.OsmTileLoader. Now, the JobDispatcher is started (including a thread), but is never used.

Shall this class be removed?

Can you please update imagerycache as well ? The job is still broken.

Fixed in [o31552] and [o31553].

We could start to consider depracation of imagerycache plugin
