11688	CompositeCacheManager - Instance is null	rickmastfan67	team	"I notice this message every time I first load an imagery source in each session of JOSM.  This is happening in both my 'normal' profile and a completely fresh profile.  This shouldn't be 'null', right?  Might be a hidden NPE here, but I can't tell where as this following message is all I get.
