Launchpad doesn't have such item for translation, however a hint for it (""Distribute the selected nodes to equal distances along a line."" located in ../core/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/actions/DistributeAction.java:42) is available and translated, so it looks like something was broken with l10n of this string.
