11497	Options to solve conflicting tags while merging ways	naoliv	team	"For some of my workflows I use merge-overlap in a lot of ways, usually having tags with different values (ie, `name=A` in one way and `name=B` on the other).
After selecting all the ways and running merge-overlap I need to keep solving conflicting tags, always selecting to use all the values (because I need all the values).

Couldn't we have a previous screen where we could select which action we would like to have on the conflicting tags?
We could choose to always use both values, none or to ask.
