11322	Problems with JCSCacheManager	sigfrido@…	team	"Current josm-latest doesn't work for me anymore. Every time I try to:

* open the download window
* close the program
* confirm the settings

an error window pops out. Following the error message when I try to close the program.

I managed to disable all the loaded plugins, but to no avail.
