the inactive ""data layer 1"" has grey symbols with transparent background like it was in the josm versions before: In 7995 (the newest ""tested"") the symbols were grey with transparent background - like everything from the editing-inactive data layer.

==== Actual
symbols of ""data layer 1"" have a black background (full rectangle) which covers much of the layers below. Bigger black rectangles for ""N"" symbols (nodes with a ""note"" tag).
