Description
when you crete an emergency phone the right tag is emergency=phone

Hmpf. amenity=emergency_phone is still used twice as much and is rendered, whereas emergency=phone is not rendered.

It better fits in the emergency= group, but at least rendering should be clear when we deprecate it. Is there a trac ticket for mapnik at least and what about our own rendering?

Sorry, I may have checked a bit too fast the current usage. It seems both tags are currently used as:
- 21.000 amenity=emergency_phone
- 11.000 emergency=phone
- But 6.000 objects are tagged with both values because of Mapnik not rendering the new tag, even after being requested 2 years ago: http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/2816#comment:4
I'm ok to restore our rendering of the old tag as it is still widely used, but I think we can keep the new tag as the one proposed in internal presets, and the deprecation warning. Do you agree ?

Osmose makes now an error on this old tag, so the use of the new tag will increase quickly.
