This plugin allows to simply convert an (or more) area defined by a way into the corresponding multipolygon.
Just select some ways and press the button. An advanced multipolygon will automatically be created for each 
way and all the tags (except the source tag) will be copy on the relation conforming the advanced 
multipolygons specification [http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:multipolygon].
