Gpx refactoring - GpxTrack and GpxTrackSegment is now interface, implementations for specific use can be provided (currently JOSM supports immutable gpx track, livegps plugin supports append only track).

• track length and bounds are precalculated
• GpxLayer paints only currently visible segments
