StartupPage перевод

Перевод страницы с сообщениями, появляющейся при запуске JOSM, можно изменить по ссылке StartupPageSource.

Эта страница имеет специальный формат:

Каждая строка "en:" указывает на начало нового перевода
Каждая строка на другом языке является переводом предшествующей строки на английском языке
Каждая строка без пометок показывается "как есть" (Each line without specifics is taken as is.)
Строки, начинающиеся с "#" игнорируются.

Примечание: Между сообщениями не всегда присутствуют пустые строки, поэтому будьте осторожны - не путайте сообщения и не забудьте перевести какое-либо из них!

Переводя с английского всегда имеете в виду, что перевод требует творческого подхода и адаптации к вашей речи. Если вы неуверенны, просто добавьте перед кодом языка "х", так перевод сохранится, но не будет отображаться

Пожалуйста, располагайте ваши переводы упорядоченно, в порядке алфавита аббревиатур языка. (Please sort the entries by the language abbreviation!)

При нажатии "Предварительный просмотр страницы" или "Отправить изменения" для перевода, вам будет показана страница, состоящая из нескольких разделов, для каждого языка отдельно. Строки, отмеченные "EN", содержат не переведенный текст, X - отмечаются строки, которые были изъяты в связи с изменением текста.

Далее приведена таблица, отображающая состояние перевода StartupPage:

Желтым: Перевод требует обновления
Зеленым: Перевод актуален
Числа показывают:
- первое: количество непереведенных строк
- второе: количество строк с устаревшим переводом

Перевод интерфейса JOSM

Translation of the program texts is done at Launchpad.

The Java translation has some specialities which must be remembered when translating:

The ' sign is a special character. It must be escaped by another ', so '' means a single quote in resulting display.
For languages with heavy usage of this character the typographic ’ may be used instead of the escaping (looks better when translating, in the final software a user will hardly see the difference).
Don't use the message formating brackets {}, or when, then escape each with single quotes like '{' or '}'.

Changes made in Launchpad will be imported into JOSM for all languages which are already in JOSM. The JOSM team will try to update the text data at least every second week.

New languages will be added to JOSM when there are at least 2000 translated strings. Please start with main user interface to reach best results.

A short description how to add new language support for test purposes, when 2000 strings limit is not yet reached:

Create the language files and store them in the plugin file:
- Language files are stored in directory "data" of JOSM and named with the lowercase language code with extension .lang.
- These files are always a set. The English base file and the translation files must be created together or they will not work correctly.
- The Perl script i18n.pl must be called with a destination directory and the .po files to create translation data.
Add you language in init() function of I18n.java.
- You need to specify a proper code for the plural mode of your language.
- A description of the plural calculations can be found in the .po file downloaded from Launchpad.
- If none of the existing modes matches your language, you need to add one in the PluralMode enumeration and in pluralEval() function.
- For some special languages it is necessary to add workaround code in LanguageInfo.java to translate between Java language code and the newer codes used on Launchpad

Current JOSM translation status active in the software (only JOSM core, no plugins) is shown in following table.

Перевод страниц

JOSM использует простой метод - добавление кода языка перед именем станицы. Вы можете найти или добавить код вашего языка на странице TracLanguages.

Каждая базовая англоязычная страница содержит обращение к макросу [[TranslatedPages]] в верхней части страницы. Этот макрос создает небольшое меню, содержащее все существующие переводы данной страницы на другие языки. Каждая переведенная страница должна содержать обращение к тому же макросу, но для него должен быть еще указан номер версии (revision) базовой страницы, с которой делался перевод, как это показано на рисунке:

Если версия базовой страницы новее, чем указано в переведенной странице (кто-то обновил англоязычный вариант), то в списке доступных переводов появляется специальный пункт, показывающий номера переведенной версии и новейшей англоязычной версии. При нажатии на этот пункт приводятся перечень отличий между версиями, который можно использовать для обновления перевода. Во время обновления перевода необходимо увеличить номер версии в строке [[TranslatedPages((revision=xx))]] до текущей англоязычной версии, и дополнительный пункт меню исчезнет.

Некоторые замечания:

It is possible to access image from English base page (or any other page) also in translated page by using the page in the link:
- It is nice if screenshots are offered in the native language althought the English version is also accepted and less work.
Links inside the texts should go to translated pages or to English page when not yet translated (marked with (En) or something alike)
Pages should be consistent, so when adding new stuff, update the English base page also (except for language specific things)

Pages can be marked as incomplete or old when the parameter outdated is added to the translation macro (separated by a comma from other parameters). Behind the parameter a text describing the reason must be appended with an equal sign. Commas must be escaped with a backslash.

Example: [[TranslatedPages(revision=12,outdated=Translation is incomplete\, last part missing.]]

Outdated messages from the English base page can be copied in translation, but probably it is better to have them at base page only. This allows to separate translation related issues (translated pages) from content related issues (base page).

The list of outdated pages shows all outdated pages and the related comments.
