Selection Menu

Standard menu items

Icon	Name	Shortcut	Description
	Select All	Ctrl+A	Select all objects of the active layer (can be replaced with "all objects" checkbox in Search menu)
	Unselect All	Escape	Clear the current selection of the active layer
	Invert Selection		Invert the current selection of the active layer (expert mode only)
	Non-branching way sequences	Shift+W	Select non branching way sequences Example of usage: Select one way waterway=river, use Non-branching way sequences, the whole river with its different single ways gets selected until it joins with another river.
	Shared child objects		Select shared child objects

Selection Button

You can add an user defined selection as button in the Main Toolbar. For more info see Main Toolbar.
