If you use this download method make sure you know what you are doing, as working with incomplete data sets can lead to relation issues, incorrect or duplicate data, or server conflicts at upload time. [osmwiki:Overpass_API/Sparse_Editing Sparse Editing] explains potential issues.

    22 The dialog has multiple tabs. The exact configuration of tabs may be dependent on plugins you have installed, but you will generally at least have the following five.
