Description

Simple 3D building definition,​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/S3DB, is widely used in the OSM community. The manually adding of still the same S3DB parameter sets for each building makes modelling significantly slower.

Neccesarily basic set is:

roof:shape=<flat, skillion, gabled, half-hipped, hipped, pyramidal, gambrel, mansard, dome, onion, round, saltbox>
roof:colour=<red, grey, black, brown, white, yellow, green, blue>
building:colour=<red, grey, black, brown, white, yellow, green, blue>
height=
roof:height=

There is a preset available for 3D buildings, see wiki:Presets.

If you like to extend it, contact the author. If you want it to be included in JOSM core, get the consent of the authors and provide the finished preset as .xml file or patch to defaultpresets.xml.
