Hi,

on Ubuntu 14.04 (fresh install) I get on every JOSM-Start:

"Sie verwenden die Java-Version 1.6.0_31 JOSM wird mit dieser Version bald nicht mehr funktionieren. Wir empfehlen eine Aktualisierung auf Java 7. Möchten Sie jetzt die Aktualisierung durchführen?"

Yes, and? If JOSM tells you that you use Java 1.6.0_31 you can be relatively sure this is the case. So probably you have Java 6 installed. Either deinstall it or ensure that JOSM uses Java 7 instead. Maybe you installed a wrong JOSM package, which requires Java 6 instead of 7?

How do you start JOSM? Do you use the package from the Ubuntu repository or the package repository from our website?

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
