Follow (F) should stop on ambigous junctions

Description

The follow function (F) should stop on each junction where there are several possibilities to continue.

If JOSM don't stops mostly the wrong way is taken.

Please find an example file attached.

  1. continue way c to node A
  2. follow way a one node towards node B manually
  3. use follow funtion

I am not sure if it should stop at node B or not but it stops at node C.

The major problem I have with this tool though is #6367.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
