What steps will reproduce the problem?
- start josm via webstart
- wait a few seconds
- nothing more :-)

nope, java 7 is on my laptop since a few month. I do not remember any update the last days (but i started josm every day iirc)

no, sorry. i always start via webstart latest, so i dont look at the version. feel free to close this issue.

OK I submit a bugreport to Oracle, it's not JOSM fault. If the problem occurs again you probably just have to cleanup Java cache in Windows Control panel.
