listed Values in Enhanced Preferences cannot be removed completely

Description
In Enhanced Preferences (F12) several entries are a comma separated list of values or key/values which, when double clicked, one has to edit in a small separate window.
When editing these entries it is not possible to remove them completely. After deleting them and clicking [OK] the comma separated list ends with ", , ".
For the tags at buildings_tools this is fatal since it will create a tag " = "
