Hanged when getting OAUTH access token in semi-auto mode

• Chosen semi-automatical mode
• Logged in and accepted access in browser
• Clicked "Get access token" button in josm. It hanged, GUI redraws but I can't close "Oauth" modal dialog.

I got this while testing HTTPS support: when testing the token, hovering the "OK" button makes the preferences dialog hide the confirmation window, with the impossibility to close it because entirely hidden.

This issue seems to be fixed in the meantime, I can use OAuth in semi-automatic mode. But semi-automatic authentication still has issues under some circumstances: #14091
