Description

There are already a lot of relations. The list is often very long and its hard to find the right relation.
I think it would be good to only show only the last(parent) relations. The child-relations could be display when clicking a + sign. (like in the realation editor)

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
