Recently used tag button does not fill in last used single-digit value

Description

  1. Create two objects.
  2. Add tag "ref=1" to the first object.
  3. Open "add tag" dialog for the second object.
  4. Click on "ref=1". Nothing happens.

Expected: value is set to 1, key is unchanged.

But if there's "ref=2" option, it works ok. This bug only affects the last used single-digit value.
