Description
Trying to combine 2 ways with different tags opens a tag conflict resolution dialog.
The title contains wrong information: "Conflicts when merging nodes - target node is '<id> (<lat>, <lon>)'"
- Error 1 (obvious): josm tries to combine/merge ways, not nodes.
- Error 2 (really strange): the ID shown is a node ID. Of a completely unrelated node in the data set (far, far away, no connected to any of the affected ways). This ID is persistent for all ways I tried to combine. The very same ID is shown when trying to merge arbitrary nodes (with conflicting tags).
I'll try to produce a minimized test case.
