"Quit now" button not shown in Quit dialog with certain locale and Metal style/theme

hi.
Say you have a long text in the first button, and you are using Metal style/theme in Linux, then you can't see the "Quit now" button in the Quit dialog:

As a newbie user, I was quite disturbed because I was trying to throw away my changes (made to test and try) without affecting any data on the server.

In fact, the button shows up if you resize the dialog. You need to know in the first place there is a button there !

Using the GTK+ style/theme, I got no problem, and it's like that that I discovered that "Quit now" button:

It's even worse, there's a third button: Cancel !

In 5309/josm:

fix #7819 - Increased a bit the width of Save Layers dialog to display all buttons (haven't found a proper way to dynamically adjust to the required width)
