The build fails due to absolute path:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\jaxb-ri-20120218\lib

Note that I deleted jts.jar which is not maintained in SVN from dist dir. You need to find another solution to solve the dependencies (i.e. convincing joshdoe to use SVN, or copying the jts plugin into opendata lib dir).
