how to report a new issue

Description (last modified by village)

  • I marked the object with an issue (here: a building)
  • I pressed the button "New Issue" (Neuer Fehler)
  • nothing happened
  • I started josm from the linux command line (in X11 environment), after the 'GET ​http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map?bbox=.. message: no output
    • this seems to be normal behaviour

"new issue" works: first klick on button than into mapping area
