Description
Someone destroyed on purpose the Fr:Help page:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Fr%3AHelp?action=diff&version=45
I was looking for a "revert changes" button somewhere, but it appears Trac does not support it:

Instead, giving the WIKI_DELETE permission seems to be the recommended way.
Is it possible to give this permission to the team ?

There is no such thing as "team" :-) I gave you the permissions to fix such issues yourself.
- Be careful! These operations cannot be undone!
- Don't mix "delete page" and "delete version of page"
- Please inform me, when you removed entries or pages, so I can properly train the spamfilter.
Spam should be removed completely (also in page history). So when users already reconstructed page by hand, simply remove the reconstruction as well as the spam page. Same for tickets marked as spam.
