Undocked panel doesn't show after disconnect secondary monitor

I am working on dual monitor configuration (notebook + external monitor) as extended desktop. When I undock any panel, move it on secondary monitor, close JOSM, disconnect monitor and open JOSM again then undocked panel doesn't show because its position is still set to the secondary monitor which isn't actually connected. What about any kind of check that opening panel is in available working boundary?
