fixaddresses causes restart warning when closing the preferences dialog

Description

As soon as this plugin is installed, josm presents the "you have to restart josm for some of the setting so to take effect" warning when closing the preferences dialog, even without changing anything. Tested with a blank preferences file.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain OliverW.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
