Description

When I tried to add Croatian WMS server (​http://www.geo-portal.hr/wmsconnector/com.esri.wms.Esrimap/DOFHTRS), JOSM shows me an error "Could not parse WMS layer list." This WMS server working in ArcGIS Explorer desktop.

Btw. there is a class UTFInputStreamReader that handles BOM in a more general way.
