handling of new 30/45 fixed angle mode

First of all thank you "akks" for this cool feature.

"2012-01-07 (4768) The drawing action allows to draw segments with discrete angles (e.g., 30/45°). Press the tabulator key to cycle through different modes."

this is indeed a long awaited feature.

May I suggest an enhancement for the UI (make settings easier and quicker accessible):

The angle-symbol (see screenshot) in the bottom could become a button. The fixed angle mode would restrict movement only to the preselected angle (or multiples of them <360° ) when the button is "on" (it is a toggle). With mouse-right-click on it you could set the angles to switch (free-form or selection from a list, don't know, maybe also allow several angles like 30 _and_ 45 (which would exclude 15) or 15 (which is also 30 and 45 as they are multiples).

Clicking the button should not change the drawing mode or selection (the active way should remain active, you can change the angle-mode while drawing).

I could also provide icons / images for the button "on" and "off" if desired.

I think it is a good place for fast configuration, thank you very much for idea. Coordinates on the left are alrerady clickable.
Though, it will not be very easy...

I have added context menu for Angle status panel, left click = turn snapping on/off.
Angles and distance are displayed more correct now.

If you like idea of switching on-off-(active?) pictures, you can post them here :) (Does somewone agree?)

@akks thank you very much! This really cool that this idea gets finally realized (I thought of this since 2008/9 when I made the icon when Frederik implemented the display)
