CT-Column-Title in history window only displays "..."

The column title for "CT" (contributor terms) displays only "..."*. This could be a translation problem. As you can't change the width of the column the is no way to see the column title. See also attached screen shot.

*The information that the correct column title should be something depending on "CT" I got from a forum post:

Please try to adjust the advanced preference table.header-inset and report the minimal value that fixes the problem.

I'll jump in and give you an update on this.

The change you did in [4775] only effects the "version" menu in that screen.

You'll see what I mean in the screenshot attached below.

I had table.header-inset=40 for the picture attached.

It does work now. ;) I can see the word "CT" where "..." used to be.

So, I'll go ahead and mark this as fixed. :)
