Error in parsing XML while saving settings

[anonymous]

started the WebStart Version of JOSM and changed some settings, mainly in the maps-settings Tab (in German: Karten Einstellungen). I don't know which setting caused this error, perhaps its in another tab. The Error popped up after clicking on "OK" in the settings dialog.

This is already fixed in r4726. Origin for the exception is in invalid tagging presets but in this case only warning should be shown, not exception.
